2008 Holiday Wish List Rules |
| No purchase necessary. Entry form must be submitted via online form. One entry per person. Winner chosen at random. If your entry is drawn, then you win your five wish list selections (one choice per row). All entries due by 5 pm, Tuesday December 16, 2008. Must be 18 years of age or older to play. Prizes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or returned. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone on December 17, 2008. Prizes will be awarded on date agreed upon by winner and Footwise. Prizes must be redeemed by January 31, 2009. Actual prizes may vary from picture. Footwise, Inc. employees, consultants and families are not eligible. Winner will be able to set-up appointment for personal shopper via Live Help or phone to order styles, colors and sizes when necessary. |
