Trade in your old (but clean and wearable) footwear and receive 20% off any new pair of Chaco footwear. Old footwear will be sent to Soles 4 Souls for distribution. Since its inception in 2004, the Chaco recycle program has helped nearly 20,000 people. Promotion ends June 20, 2010.

A big Footwise "Thank You" goes out to Hood River customer Kathy C. for taking shoes that Footwise donated to Haitians in need. Kathy is a nurse volunteering in Haiti through a Norwegian non-governmental organization. Thanks Kathy!

Nominate a Non-Profit to Receive a Footwise Shoe Donation!
Kathy's charity work gave us the idea to let our customers help decide where to send our shoe donations. Footwise has approximately 100 pairs of new shoes ready to donate to a worthy cause. We want you to nominate the non-profit of your choice to receive these shoes. In a few sentences tell us why we should select your nominated non-profit to receive the donation. Most of the shoes are women's sizes, but there are some men's sizes in the mix too. The winner will be chosen by the Footwise staff. Email entries here: footwiseportland@footwise.com

In order to qualify the nominated non-profit must be willing to accept the shoes. Nominations must include the non-profit's address, phone number and e-mail. Footwise will deliver the footwear to the winning organization free of charge (continental U.S.).
