Please take the time to get to know and love your shoes while they're in new condition! If you aren't feeling a 'love connection', keep in mind the following guidelines....
For a full refund, please return your shoes in new condition and in their original box. If you return a pair of shoes that show visible wear we won't be able to offer a full credit so make sure to try your shoes inside (preferably on carpet) wearing socks. Returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt of your new shoes.

Please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange, with a note inside of the shoe box. If you would like us to send you an exchange don’t forget to list which shoe style, color and size you would like. We will process your refund or your exchange on the same day that your return arrives to us.
If you live within the contiguous 48 states and would like a UPS shipping label please email us at email@example.com or call us at 800-451-1459. We will be happy to email a shipping label to you. If you live outside of the contiguous 48 states, please return your package via the U.S.P.S.
We appreciate returns being made within a month of purchase so we can restock them while they're still in fashion!
We will honor each brand's warranties against manufacturers defects, per their guidelines.
Sorry, but we aren't able to offer returns on sale purchases, so please choose sale shoes carefully.
