Please take the time to get to know and love your shoes while they're in new condition! If you aren't feeling a 'love connection', keep in mind the following guidelines....
For a full refund, please return your shoes in new condition and in their original box. If you return a pair of shoes that show visible wear we won't be able to offer a full credit so make sure to try your shoes inside (preferably on carpet) wearing socks. Returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt of your new shoes.
|We include pre-addressed UPS Ground Return Labels with all outgoing orders to the contiguous 48 states.
If you use our label for Exchanges, return shipping is Free. We are committed to your success finding the best footwear.
If you use our label for Returns for refund or credit, it will cost you $10.95. We will deduct $10.95 from your merchandise credit or refund.
If you live in the contiguous 48 states and don't have your UPS Return Label, click here to print a new one. You will need your Order# and Zip Code.

If you return in-person at one of our Footwise stores . .
- Please bring the original shoe box and Receipt from footwise.com
- Store staff will process your return or exchange and enter you in their store Customer record if necessary.
We will honor each brand's warranties against manufacturers defects, per their guidelines.
