Return Guidelines

RETURN GUIDELINES

Please take the time to get to know and love your shoes while they're in new condition! If you aren't feeling a 'love connection', keep in mind the following guidelines....

For a full refund, please return your shoes in new condition and in their original box. If you return a pair of shoes that show visible wear we won't be able to offer a full credit so make sure to try your shoes inside (preferably on carpet) wearing socks. Returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt of your new shoes.

We include pre-addressed UPS Ground Return Labels with all outgoing orders to the contiguous 48 states.
If you use our label for Exchanges, return shipping is Free.
If you use our label for Returns for refund or credit, it will cost you $9.95. We will deduct $9.95 from your merchandise credit or refund.
 

If you live in the contiguous 48 states and don't have your UPS Return Label,  click here to print a new one. You will need your Order# and Zip Code.
  1. Use our original box AND outer shipping box.
  2. Completely cover our shipping label with the return label.
  3. Drop the return package off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS drop off location. Visit www.ups.com/dropoff for the location nearest you or give it to your local UPS driver.
For areas outside the 48 states or simply to use your own return method, please send items to:

Write your Order# on your package. 
Alternative methods of returning merchandise to Footwise are not pre-paid. 



We will honor each brand's warranties against manufacturers defects, per their guidelines.
